Working Principle

Slide moves up & down driven by motor through pinion, gearwheel and screw. After input start signal, the motor from the stationary state through the pinion, large gear driven slider acceleration down, the motor reaches the preset speed required for striking energy, the motor stop accelerating, the kinetic energy stored in the gear work, so that parts forming. At the same time, the motor immediately drives the gearwheel to reverse, when reaches a certain corner, the motor will start to brake, drive the slider to pre-set position.

Maintenance

1. Inspect the tightening torque of the pressure plate once a month.

2. Check the tightness of the lock nut and brass nut platen once a week.

3. Weekly check the brake cylinder rod lock nut tightening situation and brake wear.

4. Regularly check the die cylinder bolt fastening situation.

5. Each class should check the guide rail clearance and adjust the fastening.
